Registration

From the login page you can register for a UPS® Brand Central account, or click here to start your registration. The following groups can register on this site. Please select one in your registration process:

UPS Customer or Organization Looking for UPS Branding - third parties seeking permission to use a limited selection of UPS logos and photos for business-related purposes.

UPS Employee - any UPS employee with an @ups.com email address for access to branded material to be used in UPS business communications.

UPS Communications Employee - a UPS Communications Employee who creates UPS Branded Assets.

Approved Agency - agencies that have been approved to create UPS Branded Assets.

What is available to me? 

You may request permission to use a limited selection of UPS logos and photos for business-related purposes.

Permission is granted via a Trademark License Agreement or Copyright Agreement.

UPS offers the following branded materials to our Customers:

  • "We Ship Via UPS" logo
  • A curated set of branded photography
  • UPS My Choice™ web banners
  • UPS carbon neutral logos
  • Eco Responsible Packaging Program logos
  • UPS Access Point™ logos and banners (UPS Access Point contractual customers only)
  • The UPS logo

You may request permission to use a limited selection of UPS logos and photos for business-related purposes. Permission is granted via a Trademark License Agreement or Copyright Agreement.

UPS offers its brandmark (logo) and select photography for sponsored organizations and conference organizers to recognize UPS within event materials. Additionally, a "Sponsored by UPS" icon is available upon request when UPS is the sole sponsor of an item or event.

UPS offers an "Authorized Shipping Outlet" logo for signage and websites. Additional point-of-presence materials are available through your UPS sales representative.

Please contact your UPS representative for assistance.

Because UPS has relationships with many suppliers, many in competition with one another, UPS does not wish to appear as favoring one supplier over another. Therefore suppliers are generally prohibited from using UPS's corporate identity and trademarks without prior written consent.

If you wish to be pursue an exception to this policy, please contact your UPS representative to facilitate your request through the proper channels within the company.

Suppliers who wish to be considered for future RFP opportunities are invited to register on UPS's Global Sourcing site.

UPS does not allow Publishers to include UPS branded artwork if the materials are produced for profit. Requests for non-profit use will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. In this case, submitted layouts should show the requested UPS branded material in context to the related text. Please note that these requests require additional processing time.

As a UPS Employee, you have access to PowerPoint® and other Office® templates, guidelines, and branded content for UPS business communications. The UPS logo is locked onto the template and should not be modified. You will also find a curated collection of photos to help build amazing presentations.

You will need to use your @ups.com email address to register for access to this page. An email containing confirmation will be sent to you upon registration.

Along with everything offered to all UPS Employees, you will have access to an expanded world of on-brand assets. If you were registered for a UPS Brand Exchange account in the past and your role in the organization hasn’t changed, you will qualify in our new system.

Please complete the registration process so we can ensure all appropriate permissions are in place. Once your account is approved, you will receive an email and then you can explore the further wonders of UPS Brand Central.

In order to gain access to the wider world of UPS Brand Central, an agency must have a signed Master Agreement (MSA, MCA, MG&SA) in place with UPS and must have a UPS contact on file with your account.

We approve agency accounts manually to make sure all appropriate permissions are in place. Once we have verified your access with your UPS sponsor, we will approve your account and you will receive an email letting you know that you now have access.

UPS Supply Chain Solutions is the external, market-facing name for the business unit comprising the former UPS Logistics Group and UPS Freight Services. It is a separate business unit from UPS Capital® and UPS Mail Innovations®. Supply Chain Group is the internal organization that comprises employees in UPS Supply Chain Solutions, UPS Capital, UPS Mail Innovations and UPS Logistics Technologies. Do not use Supply Chain Group in external communications.
